Rheingau Riesling
We have searched quite long for a suitable Rheingau Riesling for us. Fortunately, one day we were approached by Jens, who is now not only a premium employee at GW, but also makes the same Riesling that you are currently looking at. Sweet fruit, herb-floral notes and the typical freshness come together here, which in combination is simply super tasty and extremely animating to drink. Just the thing to start the evening!
Tongue Pogo
The Tongue Pogo - a wine that will be described by its makers as "easy to drink, easy to understand and yet somehow "cultivated". In plain language this means: a bright wine with pronounced fruit and minerality, underlined by subtle herbaceous notes.
Vertruen Pinot Gris
Pinot Gris is and remains a pearl. Hardly any other grape variety is so accessible and grateful for all tastes. Juicy and round with ripe fruit and rich power, which is supported by a discreet use of wood. A lace for eating, but still so drinkable that you simply won't get enough of it. There should still be an open bottle somewhere...
Riesling Bitter as fine
We proudly present: Hinterland Connection aka Jens and Jana. One of their first two joint works is this fine bitter Riesling. Jens throws a lemon at Jana and Jana throws an apple back. We are fans of your sweet-acid game. That's what makes this Riesling extremely drinkable and perfect for a bit hotter Asian food.
Encylinder White
Three grape varieties, two brothers, one tractor. Julius and Philipp Wasem made this wine to commemorate their favourite tractor. The result is a grandiose white wine that has power but still rolls smoothly over the tongue.
